HOW TO MEASURE
For the mostaccurate results, take measurements over close fitting apparel. Use a flexible,flat tape measure and if possible, have someone help take your measurements.
1. CHEST
Relax your arms at your side. Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
2. WAIST
Stand straight andmeasure the narrowest part of your waist keeping the tape horizontal.
3. HIP
Stand with yourfeet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape horizontal.
